Job Description

We are looking for an experienced consultant with strong knowledge of cloud solutions and technologies (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc.). You will provide your knowledge and experience to our clients through requirements definition, design, technology implementation and customer support. You must be flexible and able to solve clients’ business problems without the goal of providing solutions.
We work with relevant vendors and partners to build effective solutions to the management issues and needs of our clients. We provide high quality support to our clients and manage projects and teams.

Specifically.

• Management of small to medium sized projects using Azure and Dynamics 365 (CRM)
• Meet with business and technical stakeholders to identify critical business requirements and propose solutions beyond Dynamics 365
• Recommend appropriate use of native features and customizations internally and to clients based on knowledge of Dynamics 365
• Develop and implement scopes, assumptions, implementation plans and technical solution proposals with the implementing team to achieve project goals and meet long-term needs
• Leadership and management in the implementation of project plans, as well as the evaluation and comparison of relevant third party products, as well as complementary products, before developing solutions.
• Effective communication with clients, facilitation of meetings, providing materials, samples, and minutes
• Support for migration from other CRM systems such as Salesforce to Microsoft products
• Acquire projects by preparing project plans, estimates, and scopes and making proposals

Required（MUST）

• Experience in project management（More than 5 years）
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications for projects such as customization, data migration, and system integration（More than 3 years）
• Experience in Azure or Dynamics 365 implementation, operation and maintenance（More than 3 years）
• .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server programming knowledge and experience
• English proficiency（Ability to read, write and speak at a business level.）
