Kalpesh Rajai
--Why did you decide to join Andaze?
I joined the company because I wanted to work remotely from my home in Gujarat, India. Currently, I am involved in product development, progress management, and training of junior staff. In the course of my work, I have been greatly impressed by the unique culture of Andaze, the projects we are working on, and the technology we are using. I have been able to learn a lot of new know-how.
--Growth and change after joining the company
I’ve been able to learn new technologies such as Azure and Blazor, and I’ve been able to play a great role in project management and team management to train young people.

Saki Kanamori
--Why did you decide to join Andaze?
Previously, I worked as an office clerk at a publishing company. When I thought about my future career, I decided to join the IT industry because I thought it would be the industry that would drive the future trends. At first, I started out as a “side job” while remaining registered at my previous job. Six months later, I officially joined Andaze as a full-time employee.
--Growth and change after joining the company
Currently, I am assisting the PM in managing the progress of the entire project and providing operational support. Since all the materials and documents are managed digitally, the amount of paper I have to deal with has been greatly reduced. There are many situations where I feel rewarded, such as when my ideas are used in meetings or when customers are pleased with my work. I also feel motivated by the free culture. I also enjoy the fact that I can communicate with foreign engineers in the company, sometimes using gestures.
--Message to Applicants
If you feel that the IT industry seems difficult, don’t worry. The people around you will teach you what you don’t know, and I was able to make a comfortable career change even though I had no experience in the industry. We also welcome people who want to start their careers with a second job, so let’s realize a variety of work styles at Andaze.
Abhishek Sankhat
--Why did you decide to join Andaze?
I decided to join the company because I was looking for an opportunity to enhance my technical skills and I was impressed by the technology used in the development of the project. I also wanted to work on a global scale, so I moved my living and working base to Japan.
--Growth and change after joining the company
Currently, I am a solution architect who acts as a bridge between the customer and the development side.
My experience in the field, where Japanese is spoken, has strengthened my technical skills and has made me more confident in communicating with customers. I believe that I am learning effective business communication skills.

Rushit Saliya
--Why did you decide to join Andaze?
There are many reasons. I was greatly attracted to the work environment and the company culture: working on interesting projects, using the latest and most popular technologies for development, and having experienced and cooperative senior staff who are flexible and helpful.
--Growth and change after joining the company
When I first joined the company, I was a university student, so I was involved in software development as a part-time employee. Then, from February 2021, I have been working as a full-time regular employee in an engineering position. My main role is to design, develop, and maintain full-fledged web applications. During this time, I also had the opportunity to work on AI-related projects. With time, my technical knowledge has increased, and I feel that I am growing as a team player who can efficiently and quickly respond to new things.
